Dry fruits have several health benefits

Health benefits of dry fruits include reduced risk of heart disease, gall stone, type 2 diabetes and few cancers.

Almond is known to be a good source of Vitamin E. Its richness in iron, copper, phosphorus and vitamin B1 makes it a very useful for overall development & growth (physical & mental both) of the human body. Its paste with milk cream makes skin soft.
